You can swallow it, it's not harmful, but don't eat lots, it's fine if it just accidentally gets swallowed, just not lots on purpose if that makes sense

Thank you ! I was so nervous bc I'm getting braces soon . I'm also a really good clarinet player . I made the Texas region and area band as a freshman .And i was nervous braces was gonna make me not so good. Really want to make the Texas state band this year 😫🤞🏼
